7 Residential Neighborhoods

Two stages of development.

A mass of lots with varying natural or sporting value. The development plan includes two stages. The first phase covers the three neighborhoods in the southwest corner of the development, and the second phase covers the remaining neighborhoods in the northwest corner.

The design focuses on maintaining the landscape's attributes and the generosity of green spaces, offering excellent infrastructure with all the services of a modern development.

Villarobles is a residential project of high urban and ecological value, where the fundamental premise is to provide a better quality of life for its residents.

A Unique Natural Environment

Forest, lagoons and sea.

The protected and enhanced forest is the largest area. The lagoons maximize the distribution of waterfront lots, and common areas are planned to encourage nautical life.

At the northwest end , on Interbalnearia Route 11, is the access to the village. Approximately 500 meters further on, the Golf Club is located on an 8-meter-high natural platform that provides a 360-degree panoramic view of the 18 holes and 72 holes that make up the course, suitable for international tournaments.

Shortly after, you'll find the Sports Center : an open-air soccer stadium with regulation dimensions for professional practice, and a training field, both adaptable for rugby and hockey. On the opposite side are the swimming pool and eight tennis courts. The area is served by its own Clubhouse with all the necessary amenities.

Serena

Lagoons neighborhood.

Very close to Route 11, this neighborhood extends around an artificial lagoon of almost 90,000 m2 . It is ideal for recreational activities such as boating. This freshwater body of water also has two suspension bridges that span it, offering a unique view of the area.

Albatros

Golf neighborhood.

More than half of its lots overlook the golf course. It also includes three sectors with large lots strategically located for the development of specialized products. It also features a 51,292 m² artificial freshwater lagoon that crosses three fairways of the golf course (numbers 11-2-4). Three suspended walkways extend across it to allow players to access the course.

Sea Neighborhood.

Located on the oceanfront, it has its own freshwater lagoon with an area of approximately 40,000 m 2 . The coastal strip includes four common areas where the Lake Club is located, ideal for practicing sailing water sports.

The development project comprises two major phases. Upon completion, it will include hotels, apartments, shopping centers, an office complex, a cultural center, a children's club, and even a bilingual school. It will also include a landing strip for private planes, a helipad, and a marina.
